There is no charge for a 20 minute initial phone consultation.  Please feel free to call me at 206-623-3322 to set up your consultation.

 

All Services

All services are billed at $190 for a 55 minute hour.

 

Insurance

I am a preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise.  If I am not contracted with your health plan there still may be a significant out of network benefit. I can provide you with a super bill to submit for reimbursement or bill them directly for you.

 

I understand and appreciate the complexities of health insurance coverage and would be happy to contact your insurance carrier for you to obtain benefit information and explain this to you.
